Professional Fee
Professional fee for our services are based on a percentage of the total first
year's annual basic salary,allowances and all elements of cost to company including variable pay.
The cash compensation package includes base salary, cash allowances and cash bonuses.
8.33% of ctc upto Manager Level
10% of ctc upto GM level
12% of ctc above GM Level
Expenses
Our expenses are billed separately. All search consultant and candidate travel expenses
are fully reimbursable, billed at cost. All other engagement support expenses (ie. research, communications) are charged accordingly.
