• Strategizing
• Finalization of Monthly / Quarterly P&L of the International Division.
• Finalization of Annual Accounts of the International Division.
• Monitoring & control of Site Accounts functions, finalization of P&L of all sites. Monitoring of  Activity Based Costing including comparison of Tender costing Vs Zero Budget Vs Actual cost
• Review and monitoring of Overall Cash flow.
• Strengthening of MIS and ensuring consistent flow Reliable information
• Overall  budgeting system and variance analysis / Implementation of Cost control measures
• Setting up of effective Internal Audit system / ensuring corrective & preventive actions.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses and to provide advice to BU Head as and when required.
• Interacting with banks for opening Letter of Credits, making remittances, arranging Bank Guarantees.
• Co-ordination for legal and secretarial matters.
• Spearheading entire procurement & supply chain related operations with a view to achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for developing zero cost database for items like conductor, Bolts & nuts, Earth wire, insulators, etc.
