Personnel Profile : Male , Maximum Age : Around 30-35 years
Basic Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. (Electronics & Communication or Computer Science) / M.Sc.
(Computer Science or Electronics )/MBA (IT) / M.Tech (IT) / MCA from
reputed Institute or Equivalent Qualifications with around 10-15 Years of
experience in IT / Manufacturing / Retail Industries.
Experience: In modern Information Technologies, management of projects like
SAP , Linux based Enterprise Management System, FOSS Security Solutions,
Analysis of work flows etc.
Key Responsibilities
To provide:
Information & Decision Support to the organization through a range of IT
enabled services
Effective business process support to the organization
Effective information Technology based Security solutions and support to
the organization
Robust and future-ready IT platform
Efficient utilization of IT resources
Plan and monitor implementation of new IT applications
Organize for ongoing support to existing SAP and non-SAP applications.
Organize for Information Reporting and Master Data Management
services to users
Plan and organize for Training to IT users in new and current applications
Plan and monitor implementation of new IT infrastructure
Organize for maintenance of PCs and IT infrastructure based on Linux O/S
Set and monitor IT Policies
Governance of IT initiatives and routine activities
Operation of IT budgets and administration of IT dept at Plant Level
Major Deliverables :
1. Provide support Information security, FOSS evaluation and implementation.
2. Provide support for creation of Annual Capex & Opex Budgets in SAP and
review & monitoring of these budgets thereafter
3. Provide support for period-end closing of Accounts in SAP Enterprise 4.7
4. Improvement of Company’s Internal Business processes
5. Improvement of Company’s Information Systems and Decision capabilities
6. Improvement of Company’s Communication/ Collaboration Systems
7. Linear Manning, Inventories and Cycle Times across Organization
